The Wi-Fi service can be rented online only through our Website www.travelwifi.ie. Once booked the user will receive a confirmation email of the order.
The customer will receive a second email notification when the order has been received back by the company.
The wifi rental service starts from the time customer receives the wifi device. The wifi device must be treated with care and not damaged.
If the Wi-Fi device is damaged or any of the accessories are lost or the device and its accessories are not returned a charge of €50 will be applied to the card holder.
There are no hidden or additional costs than what is already presented on the company website. The only additional costs that the customer needs to pay in addition is the delivery costs. The costs of delivery varies according to each destination.
The payment provider used by the company is Stripe. As such, we accept all major debit and credit cards from customers.
Travel WiFi is not liable for any additional costs associated with your credit card provider.
To ensure that the device is being returned safely without damage or loss of its accessories, a deposit of €50 is charged in advance and fully refunded when the Travel WiFi is received. If the device has been lost or broken then the deposit will be kept by the company to cover the fees associated with the loss/damage.
The insurance is an optional payment. This is non-refundable. The insurance will cover the expenses of the wifi device in case of loss, teft or any other damage associated with it.
For any network glitch or device malfunction, Travel WiFi will make partial or full refund of the money if necessary, according to each individual case.
Refund of deposit will take between 5 to 10 working days to be processed back to the customer’s bank account.
Customers can make a complaint in the way that best suits them. Complaints should be made to the company within 30 days of when a customer feels that something has gone wrong. If it is longer the company may ask customers to explain why they could not complain sooner. The company encourages any customer who has a concern or suggestion about a particular service to make contact with us straight away, where the aim will be to resolve the issue quickly at the first point of contact.
